Terms of Service
Last updated 4 October 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and TODO — LEGAL ENTITY NAME for using ReelsCashGen. By creating an account, or by paying for a subscription, you accept them. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you may bind it.
1. What the service does
You describe a niche. ReelsCashGen writes a series of short video scripts from it, generates or selects the visuals, produces a voiceover, renders finished vertical videos, and — if you connect your accounts — publishes them to TikTok, Instagram or YouTube on a schedule.
Videos are produced by automated systems. Nobody reviews them before they are made, and if you have enabled publishing, nobody reviews them before they go out.
2. Your account
You must be 18 or older and able to enter a contract. You are responsible for everything done under your account and for keeping access to your Google sign-in secure. One person or company per account; do not share credentials or resell access.
Tell us at TODO — CONTACT EMAIL if you think someone else has got into your account.
3. Plans, allowances and quantity
A subscription is priced per series: the number of series you choose is the quantity on your subscription, and you can change it at any time from the billing portal. Changing it is prorated by Stripe.
The plan sets how often each series publishes — three times a week, once a day or twice a day — counted over a rolling seven days. If you go past the allowance we pause the most recently created series rather than refusing everything, and they resume by themselves when there is room or when you move to a larger plan.
Generation starts a few hours before a video's scheduled publishing time, so an episode may already have been produced when you change something. A video that fails does not consume your allowance.
Allowances are for ordinary use by one account. We may contact you about use that is automated, resold, or so far outside the pattern the plan was priced for that it is plainly not a single customer.
4. Payment, renewal and price changes
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period — monthly or yearly, whichever you chose — and your payment method is charged again, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal, and cancelling stops the next renewal rather than the current period.
Prices are shown exclusive of tax. VAT, GST or sales tax is added where it applies, based on the country you give us. If you are a business with a valid VAT number in a country where the reverse charge applies, enter it in the billing portal and tax is handled accordingly.
Price changes take effect at your next renewal, and we will email you at least 30 days before one. If you do not want the new price, cancel before that renewal.
Payment is taken by Stripe. If a payment fails, Stripe retries for several days and your service keeps running while it does — a bank declining is usually not a decision you made. If it finally fails, the subscription ends and generation stops.
Chargebacks. If you dispute a charge with your bank rather than with us, we may suspend the account while it is resolved. Please write to TODO — CONTACT EMAIL first; almost everything is quicker that way.
5. Cancelling and refunds
Cancel at any time from the billing portal. Your subscription runs to the end of the period you have already paid for and is not renewed.
We do not refund the unused part of a period. Every video costs us money the moment it is generated — the writing, the images and the voice are all paid for per use — so a period that has been generating videos has already been spent. If something went wrong on our side, write to TODO — CONTACT EMAIL and we will put it right.
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Because the service starts producing videos immediately, by subscribing you ask us to begin during that period and acknowledge that you lose the right to withdraw once we have fully performed. If we have not yet generated anything for you, write within 14 days and we will refund you in full.
6. Who owns what you make
You own your inputs and your videos. We claim no rights over the niche you describe, the scripts produced for you, or the finished videos.
You grant us a licence to host, copy, process and transmit your material only so far as running the service requires: producing your videos, keeping them in your library, and publishing them where you asked us to. It ends when the material is deleted. We do not use your material to train models, and we will not use it to promote the product without asking you first.
Generated output is not unique. Similar prompts can produce similar results for other people. We cannot promise anything produced for you is original, protectable, or free of resemblance to existing work, and in several countries purely machine-generated material may not attract copyright at all.
Feedback you send us about the product we may use freely and without obligation.
7. Music, and the rights you need for it
This section matters more than its length suggests. Background music can reach a video three ways, and two of them carry risk that is yours, not ours.
Tracks we supply are licensed for use in videos made with the service.
Music you upload. By uploading it you confirm you hold the rights, or a licence that permits the use — including publishing the finished video commercially on the platforms you have connected. Uploading a track you found somewhere is not that.
Music taken from a TikTok link. The service can extract the audio from a TikTok video you point it at and separate the instrumental from the vocals. Using this is your decision and your responsibility: a sound being available on TikTok does not license it to you. Platform music licences cover use inside that platform, do not transfer to a video you produce elsewhere, and rarely cover commercial use or derivative works — which is what separating a track creates. We grant you no rights in any such recording, and we do not check whether you have them.
If a rights holder complains about a video you published, it is your video on your account. See section 8.
8. Copyright complaints
If you believe material stored or produced by this service infringes your copyright, write to TODO — CONTACT EMAIL with: your contact details; identification of the work; the URL or enough detail to find the material; a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised; a statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorised to act for them; and your signature.
We remove or disable material we determine to be infringing, and tell the customer who created it. They may send a counter-notice, and we will pass it to you. We close the accounts of repeat infringers.
9. You are responsible for what gets published
Videos are written and assembled by AI, which gets things wrong: it invents facts, misattributes quotes and produces images that do not depict anything real. Published under your own account, they are your statements, and the law treats them that way.
Check what goes out, particularly anything factual, medical, legal or financial, and anything about a named person. If a video should not have been published, take it down at the platform — we cannot.
Where a platform requires disclosure that content is AI-generated, making that disclosure is your responsibility.
10. What you may not do
Do not use ReelsCashGen to produce or publish material that is illegal; that harasses, defames or impersonates somebody; that sexualises minors; that infringes copyright, trade marks or someone's likeness; that promotes self-harm; that spreads deliberate disinformation; or that is designed to deceive people about who is speaking.
Do not attempt to defeat the service: no scraping, no automated access outside the product, no circumventing allowances or rate limits, no reverse engineering, no probing other customers' data, and nothing that puts our providers' accounts at risk.
You must comply with export control and sanctions law, and you confirm you are not located in, or acting for anyone in, a sanctioned territory.
11. Publishing to other platforms
Connecting TikTok, Instagram or YouTube is optional. When you do, you are also bound by their terms. Those platforms can restrict, penalise or remove an account for reasons entirely of their own — including how they feel about automated posting on any given day.
We cannot guarantee your posts are accepted, or that your accounts stay in good standing, and we are not responsible for what a platform decides about your account or your reach.
12. How long your videos are kept
While you subscribe, your videos stay in your library. If your subscription ends we keep them for 30 more days, so you can resubscribe or download what you want, and then we delete the stored files. Your series and their history stay in your account.
Download anything you want to keep before that.
13. Changes to the service
We develop the product continuously and may add, change or remove features. If we remove something you are relying on, or materially reduce what your plan includes, we will tell you by email before it happens and you may cancel.
Features marked beta or experimental are offered as they are, may change or disappear, and are excluded from any commitment here.
14. Availability and disclaimer of warranties
We aim to keep the service running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. It depends on third-party providers for language models, images, voices, storage and publishing, and any of them can fail or change terms.
To the fullest extent the law allows, the service is provided as is and as available, and we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that generated content will be accurate, original, effective, or will earn you views, followers or revenue.
If you are a consumer, nothing here removes rights your local law gives you and cannot be waived.
15. Your indemnity to us
You will defend and indemnify us against claims, damages and reasonable costs arising from: material you supply or publish through the service; your use of music under section 7; your breach of these terms or of a platform's rules; and any claim that content you published infringed someone's rights or harmed them.
We will tell you promptly about any such claim, let you control the defence of it, and not settle it without your agreement.
16. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost followers, lost revenue, lost data or consequential loss, and our total liability for all claims is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
17. Suspension and termination
We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that is used for the material listed in section 10, or that puts the service or its providers at risk. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix it. For a serious or unlawful breach we may act immediately.
You may close your account at any time. On termination your right to use the service stops, generation stops, and section 12 governs what happens to your stored videos. Fees already paid are not refunded except as section 5 says.
18. Force majeure
Neither of us is liable for failing to perform because of something outside reasonable control: infrastructure or provider outages, network failure, government action, war, natural disaster, or a third-party platform withdrawing access.
19. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. The date at the top changes with them, and if a change materially affects you we will email you at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept it; if you do not, cancel.
20. Governing law and disputes
TODO — GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE
TODO — ARBITRATION WITH CLASS WAIVER, OR COURTS ONLY
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in, or of your right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
Before starting anything formal, please write to TODO — CONTACT EMAIL. Most disputes end there.
21. The rest
Assignment. You may not transfer this agreement without our consent. We may transfer it to a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, and will tell you.
Severability. If a provision is unenforceable the rest stands, and the provision is narrowed only as far as needed.
No waiver. Not enforcing something once does not waive it.
Entire agreement. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement about the service, and replace anything said before.
Notices. We write to the email on your account; you write to TODO — CONTACT EMAIL. Formal legal notice may also be sent to TODO — LEGAL ENTITY NAME, TODO — REGISTERED ADDRESS.
Publicity. We will not use your name, logo or videos as a reference without asking you first.
Survival. Sections 6 to 8 and 14 to 21 survive the end of this agreement.
